Designed For Every Mode

Solutions for standard freighters (e.g., B747F/B777F) when split, as well as AN‑124 or Beluga when a whole engine/QECU must fly; all stands are engineered for road and sea transport, too.

Our Stand Families

SES – Split Engine Stands

  • Use case: Air transport in standard freighters by shipping fan and core separately while maintaining protection and handling ergonomics.
  • Examples: Trent XWB SES Fan/Core/Kit (with integrated airfreight pallets, hydraulic pump for fan case removal, forklift tubes with limiter).

WES – Whole Engine Stands

  • Use case: Storage, shop movement, and road/sea shipment of complete engines; air transport on widebody cargo aircraft when height/weight allow.
  • Example: Trent XWB WES with permanent shock attenuation and hydraulic rolling.

APS – All Purpose Stands

  • Use case: Installation/removal, local/shop movement, plus air/road/sea transport in one configurable package.
  • Example: Trent 1000/7000 APS (Rolls‑Royce licensed), featuring mechanical rolling mechanisms, retractable swivel castors and side/forward/rear towing.

Basic / MPS / Rollover / Shop Stands

  • Use case: Day‑to‑day shop and transport tasks where flexibility and footprint matter.
  • Examples:
    • Trent 1000 Basic – Hydraulic rolling, shock‑absorbing/retractable castors, quick‑release tow bars.
    • Trent 700 MPS – Hydraulic lowering/raising for active suspension, airfreight pallet, castor spacers for ground clearance.
    • Trent 800 Stand – Engine rolling to enable air freight; forklift channels and crane‑lift options.
    • GE90/GE9X Stand – Spring‑loaded castors, forklift channels, stackable design (two stands), listed in the GE EMM; all required equipment delivered with the stand.
    • GE9X Shop Stand – Towable front/back, removable maintenance platforms, brake system, storage boxes.

Dual‑Purpose & Program‑Specific Stands

  • PW1500G/PW1900G Dual‑Purpose Stand – One cradle covering both engine families; certified for air/road/sea on a ULD pallet and compatible with COBRA/bootstrap workflows. Serial production underway.
  • PW1500G Stand – Shock attenuation between baseframe and cradle, stowable tow bars, shock‑absorbing castors.

Height control / rolling

Hydraulic or mechanical rolling lowers overall height to meet air‑cargo limits.

Airfreight pallet integration

Forklift & crane interfaces

Limiter‑plate forklift tubes and defined crane lift points ensure controlled lifting

Mobility & towing
